Last night I submitted an update to the app store that includes iPad support for
BridgeBasher. The update will be free for everyone who has already downloaded BridgeBasher, but will not be available for BridgeBasher Lite.
I am also working on porting BridgeBasher to the Android platform. Things are going well, and I expect to be able to release it by the end of this month. If you have a less fortunate friend who has an Android device, be sure to let them know!

Re: BridgeBasher Update with iPad Support
I'm happy that you made a version for the ipad, but I seems as though you changed the whole physics engine. Bridges that worked for me before don't work now, the whole thing seems way more wobbly and loos. Plus, the edges of land at either side of the bridge don't seem to interact with the trusses. They just swing right through them! I counted on the land to catch my bridges many times for some of my best ones. I really don't like it, the whole game seems to be different.

@Josh, Thanks! I'm glad you enjoyed it. I turned on CAPTCHA on this site because I'm starting to get a lot of spam :(
@GGJ - I did notice the bridge swinging through the bridge banks on the left side. I'll need to fix that, as it makes it impossible to do some ramp designs. As for other bridges not working, do you mean they don't work on any of your devices anymore, or just on the iPad? Thanks for playing!

Re: BridgeBasher Update with iPad Support
Both my ipod and ipad; everything seems to be more wobbly. It's kind of like the physics engine is amped up or something. One of my strongest bridges which I call "Team Work" with 2300$ doesn't get all the words across anymore. Same goes for all the rest of mine. I'm not sure how else to explain it. This game is the only app that I actually keep coming back to to play because it's so good and allows for so many creative solutions. Now none of my bridges even get SUPER DOUPER HEAVEY across.

Re: BridgeBasher Update with iPad Support
@GGJ - Thanks for the update. Please send me your bridges to iphone at andrewgarrison dot com. I'm not sure why the physics would have changed, but there are so many factors involved. For instance, I'm using a newer version of Xcode (the compiler for iPhone apps) and that could potentially change the way numbers are crunched inside the physics engine resulting in a slightly different simulation. If this is the case, then there's not much I will be able to do about it.
